A few months ago, I was going through some real bad financial hardship. I had called Wanting to discuss my options. I had the pleasure of speaking with Rose. Rose actually listened to me. She took what I was going through, She was able to empathise with the situation and her and her managers came to a decision to really help me. We have now organised an arrangement where I am feeling less stressed.
