As very new gym-goers, my husband and I were hoping to find a gym that suited both of our needs. We were initially helped by DJ, who showed outstanding customer service as we navigated new information. I signed up today and as I walked in I was immediately greeted by DJ despite it being quite busy. As I said I was there on a fitness passport he knew straight away what I was on about and got another member of staff to come out and help. Between them they made the sign up process quick and easy with no fuss and I even got some free merch. The gym itself is pretty modern and lively. Would recommend. This is a fantastic gym, with childcare to suit my needs and as of Aidan, she was amazing to deal with. Totally professional and great service. I had my first experience today and have not been disappointed! I train there about 90min Knowing my daughter was in great care in the childcare facilities. BEST GYM EVER!!!! Such a great place with the best atmosphere, the staff are so friendly and I love how the cardio area is seperate to the main floor gives a secluded feel which is great for me as a beginner fitness girlie. Better than normal experience at gym today. I took a mate for a trial and everything was on point in the club. Staff were really friendly and did everything they could to provide exceptional customer service. Inside the gym at atmosphere was enjoyable, motivating and friendly. Everyday of summer last year i was brutally beaten by my father for failing most of my classes. But ever since attaining a gym membership at fitness cartel I have moulded my physique into a greek god thirst trap able to bench 100kgs clean. Went for a pre-opening tour of the newest club on Brisbane’s northside. Awesome facilities (even still wrapped in plastic in preparation for the reveal) with a great team to match, who are able to answer any questions. Very keen to get in after work on opening day Wednesday February 7th and kick start the new year. ~ Kris B

the best part about this gym is DJ, not even glazing this brother's energy carries the whole place. he absolutely cooks behind the counter making the best milkshakes that made me wanna shake my booty bruh. he is the duke dennis of all gym employees. ~ Alice P

Really great gym, all facilities you could want plus a dedicated boxing room inside and outside which is really hard to find. They also own the spa next door which is a plus as you get a discount there. ~ Brock A
