I’m very excited to join the gym and that’s all thanks to Ella for not only welcoming me and providing me with all information and exceptional service, but for being so lovely and reassuring. Any questions I needed answered she would answer straight away without a doubt and would check in on how I’m feeling and going. She’s played a big part in why I’ve joined this gym specifically. Most staff I’ve approached at other gyms have never made me feel welcomed or greeted me with such warmness like Ella. Without great staff like herself, gyms wouldn’t be as poplar and I believe she’s a big reason why most members at fitness cartel remain at the gym, it’s not only because of how great the facility is, but because of how wonderful the staff are. ~ Taylor M

Best Fitness Cartel around, no questions asked! The vibe here is unmatched… it’s lively, super spacious, and never feels overly crowded which makes training so much more enjoyable. The cleanliness is next level, and I love that there’s a really balanced range of equipment for both upper and lower body days (something a lot of gyms miss). But what really makes this place stand out is the staff. Everyone is so welcoming and professional, but I have to give a special shoutout to Ella 🤍 She is honestly amazing… so friendly, approachable, and genuinely accommodating. A few months ago, I was going through some real bad financial hardship. I had called Wanting to discuss my options. I had the pleasure of speaking with Rose. Rose actually listened to me. She took what I was going through, She was able to empathise with the situation and her and her managers came to a decision to really help me. We have now organised an arrangement where I am feeling less stressed. Best gym ever! Great vibes and the staff are always so friendly! They actually value you and your fitness/health goals. The girls at reception are always so friendly and bubbly, it’s hard to leave the gym sometimes because they’re just so fun to talk to! And funny! 😂 Retail shop is great too! Absolutely Love training at Fitness Cartel Virginia the energy and vibe is always pumping. The girls at the entrance sooper nice always greet and say Hello. Ella signed me up and made the process easy and fun got a great deal thankyou Ella. The equipment is the best the art work is awesome sooper clean, Outdoor training area too Boxing bags and weights plus Merse the recovery centre is right next door. I honestly couldn’t recommend this gym more. The environment is so welcoming and motivating, and it genuinely makes you want to show up and give your best every time. Nice and clean gym. Equipments is really well looked after. Bathroom is getting cleaned every day I think so looks really clean-all the time. New weights and machines exist in this gym which I don’t think I’ve seen in other gyms so far. Posing room, Sauna and some more……Overall I would say Highly maintained and looked after. Super nice gym! My mom and I just came by for a quick workout before going to the airport for a long flight and we chose the perfect gym! The staff was lovely and let us workout for free. The gym is clean, modern and super cool with the lights and wall art. It has all the machines you would want plus some more niche pieces. We were initially helped by DJ, who showed outstanding customer service as we navigated new information. I signed up today and as I walked in I was immediately greeted by DJ despite it being quite busy. As I said I was there on a fitness passport he knew straight away what I was on about and got another member of staff to come out and help. Between them they made the sign up process quick and easy with no fuss and I even got some free merch. The gym itself is pretty modern and lively. Would recommend. This is a fantastic gym, with childcare to suit my needs and as of Aidan, she was amazing to deal with. Totally professional and great service. I had my first experience today and have not been disappointed! I train there about 90min Knowing my daughter was in great care in the childcare facilities. This is honestly a fantastic gym and not just the equipment, energy or the inclusive vibe but the staff are exceptional and accommodating! BEST GYM EVER!!!! Such a great place with the best atmosphere, the staff are so friendly and I love how the cardio area is seperate to the main floor gives a secluded feel which is great for me as a beginner fitness girlie. Went with a friend to her local gym while on holiday in Brisbane and was highly impressed by the environment, equipment and facilities available here!
